Associate Recruiter (Ref:592)

We’re looking for an Associate Recruiter to join an established high-performing team, working within the Automotive industry. If you’re driven by results, thrive on building relationships with stakeholder at all levels around the business, and have a passion for recruiting, this opportunity is for you.

How you’ll shape the future of talent

  • Own the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage a requisition load while providing strategic sourcing in candidate driven markets
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Partner with sourcing specialists to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
  • Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements

You’ll be someone who can bring

  • Recruitment experience, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry
  • Prior experience in In-house recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships
  • A keen understanding of business needs, be in and around people regularly to solidify relationships and partnerships; consultative by nature
  • Demonstrably skilled with internal and global mobility
  • We are looking to engage with candidates who are well versed in delivering an exceptional candidate journey
  • Highly skilled with screening candidates, managing stakeholders, and being responsible for offer management and full recruitment lifecycle
  • Your objectives will be to ensure a streamlined turn around delivering operational excellence at all stages of the process
