We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Associate Recruiter. You’ll be working with senior stakeholders across our sites, supporting them with talent planning and recruitment, providing valuable market insights and ensuring all your hiring communities are kept up to date with recruitment. We have created a process that is candidate centric and hiring manager friendly, always looking for new ways to make the experience better and refining and simplifying where possible. We put our customers at the heart of all that we do.
Key to this role is stakeholder management and being able to establish and grow relationships with people at all levels across the business, this could be cross function partners, hiring managers or heads of department, tailoring your communication and style accordingly.
It’s vital you understand the importance of partnerships with those cross functional partners mentioned above and the ability to leverage these connections to achieve results in things like branding, marketing, EVP and workforce planning.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE FUTURE OF TALENT

  • Take ownership of the recruitment process from end to end, create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to market conditions, headcount plans and demand
  • Partner with hiring managers, building relationships, providing expertise and solutions to their needs, educate and support them with process and governance
  • Advertise, screen and source talent through various channels keeping diversity at the heart of what we do
  • Utilise tools, systems and platforms and look at alternatives, where required, for better assessment & selection of candidates
  • Actively own and support a variety of improvement initiatives and projects, always looking for ways to do things more efficiently, cost effectively or to improve hiring manager or candidate experience
  • By understanding the importance of data and governance in the recruitment process, you’ll own your data and ensure systems and reports are up to date & accurate
