We are looking for an ambitious associate recruiter to join our high-performing recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and matching top candidates to open client roles across various sectors. Core Responsibilities

  • Source active and passive candidate leads through online platforms, social media, job boards and networking
  • Evaluate candidates through interviews/assessments and reference/background checks
  • Build talent pools and strong pipelines by nurturing top candidates
  • Understand client hiring needs to shortlist candidates that fit requirements
  • Coordinate recruitment admin from offer to onboarding alongside wider team
  • Track performance metrics using our internal CRM and report on KPIs
  • Stay on top of legislative/compliance frameworks and best practices
