You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and matching top candidates to open client roles across various sectors. Core Responsibilities
- Source active and passive candidate leads through online platforms, social media, job boards and networking
- Evaluate candidates through interviews/assessments and reference/background checks
- Build talent pools and strong pipelines by nurturing top candidates
- Understand client hiring needs to shortlist candidates that fit requirements
- Coordinate recruitment admin from offer to onboarding alongside wider team
- Track performance metrics using our internal CRM and report on KPIs
- Stay on top of legislative/compliance frameworks and best practices
