JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate Relationship Manager works with the Relationship Manager to manage assigned relationships and loan portfolio(s).
Responsibilities include: Analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive written analyses, supporting Relationship Manager in meeting the daily needs of the largest, most complex clients in the assigned portfolio, analyzing portfolio dynamics, assisting Relationship Manager in presenting sales and client review presentations to clients, identifying products and services that meet customer needs and making appropriate referrals through collaboration with partners. Higher levels have their own assigned client relationships and may also co-manage client relationships with a Relationship Manager.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • One or more years of related experience
  • Typically has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Strong sales and relationship management skills
  • Thorough understanding of credit concepts
  • Understanding of treasury management concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
