We are looking for an Associate Resource Consultant with experience in handling large volumes of complex information and showing unrivalled attention to detail. As part of a growing team, we seek someone with a mindset of continuous improvement, helping to enhance our service delivery.

Responsibilities:

AS OUR ASSOCIATE RESOURCE CONSULTANT, YOUR ROLE WILL ENCOMPASS:

  • Liaising with Engagement Leads to ensure all open roles are accurately published allowing Associates to identify opportunities that align with their skills, aspirations and preferences
  • Presenting shortlists of Associates that meet requirements directly to Engagement Leads
  • Working with the business to understand current and future Associate client requirements
  • Advocating a DE&I lens on all resourcing decisions
  • Championing data accuracy across the Resourcing function and platforms
  • Reviewing data trends (e.g. pipeline, performance, utilisation, DE&I) providing recommendations and highlighting areas of concern to be actioned
  • Overseeing the onboarding procedures of new Associates, confirming and managing ongoing compliance activites
  • Knowledge management; creating & maintaining centralised Associate databases on skills / experience etc
  • Managing and updating Associate Distribution Lists
  • Managing & refreshing Associate Profiles, making them accessible to Client Service Teams
  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns when necessary
  • Providing exceptional on/offboarding experience for all Associates, answering inquiries thoroughly and promptly

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • At least one years’ experience in commercial resourcing, recruitment or an operations environment that can demonstrate adaptability to this role
  • Advanced Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook skills. The willingness and aptitude to rapidly learn new systems, tools and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think proactively, and effectively prioritise activities
  • The ability to exercise good judgement, knowing when to flag issues and when to deal with independently
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, to effectively influence internal stakeholders and engage with Associates
  • Experience demonstrating an analytical and detail orientated approach to complex tasks

Your role will ensure that our function is:

  • Filling Associate demand requests and providing human insight to technology generated shortlists
  • Capturing and maintaining high-quality Onboarding and Compliance documentation for the Associate community
  • Compliant with EY’s obligations, being mindful of risks and putting in place measures to remove such risks
  • Continuously improving. You will proactively support us in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve our operating model
  • Delivering an excellent Resourcing, Onboarding and Compliance experience to our Associate Community. Ensuring they remain engaged and committed to partnering with EY to service our Client
