REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
• Passion and understanding of the FMCG industry (preferred)
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, presentation skills and a curiosity to understand the ‘why’
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively
• Strong and articulate communication (verbal and written)
• Actively seeks and incorporates feedback to enhance performance
• Acknowledges and respects diverse experiences, perspectives, values, and beliefs
• Efficient with Microsoft suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The purpose is to accelerate Circana’s proprietary analytics solution, Unify, for key retailers in APAC. In this role you will provide support and all reporting aspects of data delivery to key retailers. You will take ownership of specific deliverables with the support of your Senior Consultant. You will also be responsible for BAU components within services and operations.
You will review new platform capabilities against existing reporting practices, ideate, propose plan and implement solution evolution to ensure APAC retailers are on the leading edge of capability and maximized speed to insight. As an SME in capability of Unify you will inform key organisational groups on how best to utilise these capabilities in their own environments.
Client commitments include report building & syndication, continuous improvement of existing report suites using new technologies and capabilities within Circana’s proprietary ILD platform. Communication management with client on enhancements, scheduled outages etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering on time, high quality Circana deliverables (databases and reports) to clients
• Reporting data integrity issues internally and work with Retail team to resolve the matters accordingly
• Responding to client queries in relation to the constitution of Circana’s core data asset, structure, segmentations, measures
• Understanding of industry best practices, compares performance metrics to outside sources to ensure industry competitiveness; leverages and implements best practices to all elements of service delivery
• Proactively learning and sharing fulfilling role as SME
• Educating client stakeholders on new capabilities, changes to reporting deliverables and analytic processes
• Maintaining high levels of engagement with clients
• Providing on-going support and expertise for Retail Gateway solutions, issues access, unpacks measure questions, and report configurations
• Accountability for building rapid rapport with key client contacts and improving client satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter Score) measurements on navigation and reporting functions of product suites
