Associate, Sales Operations (Korea)

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.
You will be a valued member of our Korea team (Regional Market), responsible for taking Secretlab products into the homes of more consumers across South Korea. In this role, you will focus on ensuring our end-to-end operations in the market and upholding efficiency in everything that we do operationally. You will adopt an intrapreneurial approach to ensure the collective success of the team’s efforts.
With time, you will have the opportunity to support and be an integral part in the growth of our business in Korea through other projects, including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organizers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities

• Supply and Demand Planning - Monitor and execute on supply chain operational activities to ensure order forecast is aligned with sales and marketing strategies in the Korea market.
• Freight and Inventory Management - Responsible for the freight and inventory management, optimization of inventory holding costs and storage costs in the Korea market.
• Customer Service Operations and Support - Ensure timely and efficient handling of customers’ inquiries and also handling of our local partners in the market.
• Report to an experienced Sales Operations Lead to ensure all Sales Operations activities and responsibilities are carried out well.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Very detail-oriented in daily tasks and extreme sensitivity to data accuracy.
• Highly motivated, driven by a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proficiency and flair in the Korean language (for communication with local Korean partners Eager to learn and ready to take initiatives
