Experience in sales operation / sales force efficiency in FMCG

Responsibilities:

General Trade Strategy Planning

  • Developing and implementing sales processes for general trade sales teams and distributor sales representatives
  • Researching and analyzing data for General Trade program: Account Program, Lapse Store Program, Distribution Campaign and NPD speed to market tracker.
  • Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and retailer trend to provide next step to the managers to address white space in the channel.
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
  • Implementing and manage DSR tools to minimize field sales execution losses
  • Planning and coordinating the overall aspects of merchandising services to ensure a smooth and successful executions in the trade
  • Optimizing & synergizing Master Coverage Plan, driving on-shelf availability & presence efficiently
  • Overlook the WM & EM POSMs allocation and execution in the outlets during channel program, brand campaign, NPI launches, events (including budget, logistics, distribution) by finding the most efficient solutions.

Trade Marketing Process

  • Collaborating with Trade Marketing (GT) in the ideation, planning & implementation of all trade activities that will create the most impactful trade presence and generate revenue
  • Updating key stakeholders with monthly collation of merchandising guidelines & bulletin of key channel & account activities
  • Monthly analysis and review of execution in KPI reports, highlighting key issues and competitor activities for immediate resolution & counter measures to defend market position
  • Governance of all trade activations (e.g. POSM/Merchandising/On-ground events/NPI launches), ensuring all activities are executed in a timely manner and in accordance to standards to maximize impact in-trade and drive consumer demand
  • Constant engagement with stakeholders in Trade, promptly addressing key issues with remedial actions to minimize impact to Sales
