  • Will take early responsibility for handling High Court litigation and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution;

The role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and will require candidates to demonstrate the ability to build relationships internally and externally and drive forward the development of our corporate and commercial litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

The Corporate and Commercial Litigation Division is looking for a Associate/Senior Associate to be based from either our Birmingham, Leeds, London, Manchester or Winchester office.
The role will involve leading complex commercial disputes. Those disputes might include PFI / Projects / infrastructure disputes, procurement law disputes, IP disputes, competition investigations, and construction disputes. The successful candidate will be expected to have experience of some of these types of disputes but not all of them. The role involves mainly advising public sector clients in sectors including healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing.
