REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• 3+ years PQE
• Solicitor in commercial property with experience in the REF sector
• Commercially focused
• Personable and confident

THE ROLE

The real estate finance (REF) team within commercial property needs a lawyer dedicated to REF work.
The work is currently spread across a number of lawyers in the wider commercial property team who have a caseload of their own work (outside of REF). Due to the demand of these lawyers needing to focus on other workstreams, there is a lack of focus on REF work and a lack of support for the Partner growing the team.
There is considerable potential for growth in the team and the specialism also feeds into re-financing in the social housing sector.
As a result, we are currently looking for a Solicitor to join this successful team.
The role involves acting on behalf of some leading commercial clients, managing your own caseload of files and assisting senior members of the team with their work.
We are looking for ambitious lawyers who will be instrumental in the continued successful growth of the department whilst enjoying their own development and rewards for their contributions.
A flexible attitude to work, exceptional client care skills and experience of working to tight deadlines is a must for these roles.
The successful candidate will be 3+ years PQE with a strong working knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Finance sector.
