Responsibilities:

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Commonwealth Government team in our busy Sydney office. The team acts for a broad range of clients, including for Commonwealth Departments and Agencies primarily in Public Law litigation. The matters span across Commonwealth employee compensation, military compensation & veterans’ entitlements, and disability insurance access and planning matters under the NDIS. Working under the guidance of a distinguished Partner as part of a friendly and collegiate team, this position will see you primarily engaged in the day to day conduct of litigated matters in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
