An international law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate/Senior Associate - International Real Estate to join their international real estate team. This role offers an attractive salary package and is based in the vibrant city of Singapore.

WHAT YOU BRING:

The ideal candidate for this Associate or Senior Associate role will bring at least two years’ experience from a leading firm in Singapore. You should have strong experience in drafting agreements and providing complex legal advice. A demonstrated interest in commercial real estate is also essential for this role. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and has a proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage your own workload to meet deadlines while operating efficiently within a team.

As a member of the firm’s international real estate practice, you will be supporting a leading Partner who specialises in various areas of real estate including development and redevelopment projects, investment, management and finance.
