Responsibilities:
- Drafting various contracts, including sale agreements, shareholders agreements, memoranda of incorporations, trust deeds, off-take agreements, service level agreements and conducting due diligence investigations. - This is an absolute MUST.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Admission as attorney of the High Court of SA.
- Minimum of 2 years professional working experience (post articles) at Associate level.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of the Companies Act and Contract Law.
- A commitment to high quality client service and producing an excellent work product.
