Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of existing covered bond and securitisation programs
  • Assist with the development, structuring and successful execution of new transactions
  • Effective communication with key stakeholders on market, governance, legal and regulatory requirements for structured funding transactions
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Consumer Bank, Finance, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations, Rating agencies and Trustees
  • Assist with preparing board and functional sign-off papers
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations for investors and rating agencies
  • Gain experience in reviewing transaction documents
  • Assist with responses to regulatory change and information requests from regulator
