Description:

ABOUT YOU AND YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering related role with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity. Note that we consider experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles to be as relevant as SRE experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Experience in incident management and a strong understanding of reliability best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking two Associate Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) to join our newly formed team. As an SRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Critical National Infrastructure systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain the platforms and associated tooling and processes necessary for our products to operate seamlessly
