JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the maintenance and repairs for facility which include HVAC systems, electrical systems, lightings & etc. Coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure timely repairs.
  • Space planning and allocation for different functions such as rearranging furniture and equipment and managing office offices/relocation.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the premises & coordinating with janitorial on day to day basis
  • Managing facility budget including forecating expenses, tracking of cost and identifying cost-saving options.
  • Safety protocols such as well-being of occupants such as managing fire safety systems, security measures and also emergency response plans.
  • Managing internal stakeholders enquires/request.
  • Managing office security systems including office access, CCTV surveillance, voice recording for license holder.
  • Establsh and maintain relationship with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and suplies.
  • Assisting company or respective events as needed
  • Processing purchase orders (PO), invoices (AP) via the P2P system
  • Assist in road tax, car insurance renewal
  • Assist in logistic overseas mailingMaintaining portal (eg, Singtel, DHL) and phone directory
