Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery meetings with Account Executives and customers; analyze customers application requirements and develop solutions recommendations
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customers document work-flow and recommend solutions to streamline and improve customer processes
  • Conduct testing, product trials and provide proof of concepts
  • Perform product demonstrations either at our showroom or at a customer location
  • Implement Software Solutions
  • Conduct end-user software training
  • Partner with Account Executives in preparing quotes, proposals, and account reviews
  • Provide ongoing training to the Account Executives and to Service
