Under the ultimate direction of the Director of Surgical Services Operations, the Sterile Processing Technician I cleans, sterilizes, assembles, and issues equipment, supplies and instruments according to prescribed procedures and techniques.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- within 1 year of hire National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. Or
- within 1 year of hire National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a Sterile Processing Technician.
