JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful incumbent will play an integral role in providing Management with support in developing and executing strategies and plans to build the regional business in line with the organization’s strategies and goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Financial Engineering/ Data Management/ Statistics).
• Knowledge in Investment Banking / Financial Services preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Strategy & Analytics team on the following:

1. Strategy and Business Planning

• Support strategy development and execution.
• Ensure robust annual business planning and budget exercise.
• Drive group-wide performance management via target setting/ KPIs.
• Drive effective governance of the business (e.g., Supporting group management committees) in line with strategic goals.
• Conduct research and assess market landscape, opportunities, and threats.

1. Business Intelligence/ MIS

• Develop robust business analytics to support the organization in decision making.
• Develop competitive benchmarking and analysis.
• Facilitate performance tracking to drive KPIs.

1. Strategic Projects/ PMO

• Support key projects (high impact and high complexity) for the organisation.
• Setting up efficient tracking and monitoring mechanisms for effective project management leading to results.

1. Management Reporting

• Provide management with reports and information to track and monitor business performance.
• Prepare reports for various parties (e.g., shareholders, regulators) as and when required.
