JOB DESCRIPTION

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring timeliness and accuracy for all billing matters in Supplier Management and streamline SOP related to suppliers. He/she will also be involved in on-going improvement projects, processes and preparing reports for the management. In addition, He/she will need to liaise with our business partners, category managers, IT and finance departments in the course of work.

  1. Processing of claims
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing of the claims
  • Prompt submission within stipulated timeline
  • Monthly updates on the statuses and figures
  • Collate data for report regularly
  • Highlight abnormalities and follow through with the system fixes
  • Reconciling and ensuring correctness
  1. Projects testing
  • Execute thorough UAT testing during pre-implementations
  • Provide regular status updates and keep up withtimeline/budget
  • Highlight abnormalities and follow through with the systemfixes
  1. Upkeep terms and settings
  • Gate-keep agreements, ensuring tidiness and proper classifications
  • Ensuring terms settings are correct and in accordance to Company’s procedures and conditions
  • Monthly updates on the terms and statuses
  • Assist in keep tracking of exceptional cases
  • Highlight abnormalities and follow through with the systemfixes
  • Process Claims and Refunds
  • Provide summary for regular reporting
  1. General administrative supportand ad-hoc duties
  • Manage and oversee staff
  • Maintain SOP and documentations
  • Maintaining team’s emails, handling suppliers’ queries
  • Any other additional duties assigned by the RO

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma, GCE A’ Level or equivalent
  • Experience in supplier relationship management, project management support, and/or relevant retail experience would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, G Suite Applications, SAP Retail will be preferred
  • Able to work independently
  • Motivated and results oriented
  • Resourceful, problem solver and analytical
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong team player
  • Meticulous with figures for accuracy
