Join an ambitious team working across a global organization
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join the Sustainability department which is anchored in Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability. The Sustainability department is responsible for embedding and operationalizing the sustainability strategy across the organisation and supporting on sustainability-related topics across our business areas and strategic business units.
You will be part of the newly established Sustainability Product Impact team, making sure we enhance the positive sustainability impact our products create. We are responsible for creating a product sustainability strategy in alignment with the company’s long-term ambitions. As part of our Strive25 strategy, our team is responsible for recyclable and renewable packaging KPIs, and embedding sustainability into the way we develop and improve our products.

Enable more sustainable products on the market
As our new Associate Sustainability Manager, you can expect to work closely with colleagues in the Sustainability department and across different functions. Your focus will be to assess the environmental impact of our products, providing a solid evidence base and documentation for decision making and communication.
Further, you will be supporting improvements in the way we define related processes and manage documentation and data, as well as address internal and external requests for information.

AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU:

Have recently finished (or soon will) relevant education within environmental engineering/management/science/economics or similar
Have business mindset and good in stakeholder management
Are a skilled communicator and user in Power Point, Excel, and other reporting tools
Have knowledge of life cycle assessment methodologies and tools
Have a can-do attitude with a high degree of personal efficiency
Speak and write English fluently
