Do you want to lead our dynamic team in designing training setups and shape the future of GMP operations? Are you a people leader with GMP training support experience, passionate about continuous improvement and strategic collaboration? If yes, then seize this opportunity and join as an Associate Manager for our Project Training Team in M3 project in Kalundborg, Denmark.
The position
In this role, you will work with training across the entire M3 Project. You will be responsible for planning, staffing, and executing training activities while heading up a team of experienced and dedicated employees. As an Associate Manager, you will set the direction and develop your team. In addition, you will work closely together with your stakeholders to ensure progress and results.

You can look forward to heading up a team that:

  • Supports onboarding of project employees.
  • Develops and implement effective and compliant training solutions for a GMP pharma production.
  • Ensures audit or inspection readiness in relation to training set-up in the organization.
  • Supports content responsible in the analysis, design and development of training solutions.
  • Supports the implementation and anchoring of new technology, initiatives and standards for training.

You will bring a strategic perspective and a general overview from shop floor to director level, with an open and proactive leadership approach. This to support our operations in the best way.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Relevant academic background
  • Several years of experience as a people manager in a support function or operations in a global industry regulated by Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Experience working with training-related activities (design, development, implementation, evaluation, etc.)
  • Interest in new technology for training solutions
  • Fluency in English, Danish language skills on a communicative level or willingness to learn would be advantageous.

As a leader, you are structured, effective, and consistent in the execution and follow-up on daily assignments. You have strong communication skills and can build strong professional relationships. You have a general understanding of what it takes to lead people on shift, meaning you also have the ability to be flexible to support both production and your employees in the best way.
