Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $52.64 - $69.74 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage
Responsibilities:
What you will do
- Provide support of application incidents reported through the Service Desk
- Provide 24/7 on call coverage as required
- Provide the initial level of support of application incidents reported through the Service Desk
- Monitor and report on system performance
- Monitor and report on synchronization of environments
- Respond to system issues, and identify potential issues
- Maintain high availability and disaster recovery capabilities of all critical systems.
- Assist other technical platform and application teams to document data flow and interactions across the EHR ecosystem
- Assist in implementation of software and hardware upgrades, updates, enhancements and implementation
- Participate in the implementation of disaster recovery specialty area plans
- Support multi-site systems provide training, non-production, production, and disaster recovery.
- Assist in the implementation documented disaster recovery procedures for your area of specialty
- Participate in periodic disaster recovery exercises
- Utilize operational procedures for new techniques, and technologies
- Assist in maintaining documentation for all assigned initiatives that include work effort, accountability, and deliverables
- Collaborate with your team on growth, maintenance, expected technical issues
- Provide feedback on documentation of the overall architecture of your area of specialty
- Engage senior staff to learn about all aspects of your area of specialty
- Provide feedback on optimization of procedures
- Collaborate with other technical teams, application teams, and vendor support to respond to support requests
- Participate in team and cross-team meetings
