Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate Tool Integration Analysts (Level 2) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) team in Renton, Washington.
This role interacts with all parts of the Tooling Lifecycle and allows for creative process development and deployment, while working with diverse cross-functional team. Day-to-day assignments may vary in complexity and priority supporting all levels of the organization’s strategy requiring a proactive problem solver.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with employees, external customers, peers, and all levels of leadership.
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 1+ years working in Maintenance, Reliability, or Equipment Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Associate’s Degree or higher.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules.
  • Gathers and prepares tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop-floor teams.
  • Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems.
  • Identifies, coordinates and process customer requirements for tooling products or information.
  • Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules.
  • Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures.
  • Performs tooling product order processing.
  • Prepares order packages for distribution.
  • Performs associated general administrative duties.
  • Manages electronic or physical drawings.
  • Works under general supervision.
