Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Valuations Coordinator for the Real Estate Valuations/Appraisal team. This position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) works to ensure all real estate valuations/appraisals are reliable. This includes interpreting appraisal regulations and communicating with regulators on pending and proposed regulations.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for pipeline management, line of business engagement, and service provider engagement for both default servicing and origination valuations.
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing
- Identify, measure and assess, control, monitor, and report on risk within their job duties, role, business activities, and in alignment with Wells Fargo’s Expectations
