We are currently recruiting for an experienced associate currently working within a pedigree Banking & Finance practice and focusing on project finance. The successful candidate will have experience in advising banks, private equity houses and sponsors across a range of financing, corporate, trading and commercial issues on their investments and acquisitions of energy and infrastructure-related assets.

Key credentials / experience include:

• Singapore, England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction qualified with strong academic credentials (minimum 5PQE)
• Cross-border and emerging markets transactional experience
• Confident to deliver the scope of work detailed above in the role overview
• Project management skills including the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Driven and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience, focusing on delivering valued commercial and practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization

• Able to maintain tact and diplomacy, exhibit sound judgement, build trust and maintain confidentialityWant to fit into the Firm’s culture of being collaborative, enterprising, inquisitive and hard-working
