We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Associate with 3 plus years of post-admission experience and with a passion for Personal Injury Law.
Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal services in assisting and supporting clients in accessing their rights and entitlements under the law.
- End to end file/case management from commencement through litigation to completion.
- Conducting legal research and preparing relevant legal documents.
- Leading client meetings and aiding in client communications.
- Prepare and follow through matters for Conciliation, Medical Panel and Court.
- Appear and advocate for clients at directions hearings, conciliations, pre-issue conferences, VCAT conferences and the like.
- Working collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals.
- Actively participate in business development activities which seeks to grow the firm’s client base, standing and reputation.
