We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Associate with 3 plus years of post-admission experience and with a passion for Personal Injury Law.

• Providing expert legal services in assisting and supporting clients in accessing their rights and entitlements under the law.
• End to end file/case management from commencement through litigation to completion.
• Conducting legal research and preparing relevant legal documents.
• Leading client meetings and aiding in client communications.
• Prepare and follow through matters for Conciliation, Medical Panel and Court.
• Appear and advocate for clients at directions hearings, conciliations, pre-issue conferences, VCAT conferences and the like.
• Working collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals.
• Actively participate in business development activities which seeks to grow the firm’s client base, standing and reputation.
