JOB OVERVIEW:

Dashmesh Singapore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to join our team.
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our online presence, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. If you have a passion for e-commerce, a solid understanding of the Singaporean market, and the ability to implement effective strategies, we invite you to apply.
5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays off.

3. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Ensure an exceptional online shopping experience for customers in Singapore.
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty within the local market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 Years) in e-commerce management, platform, and content management systems, preferably in the local market. Prior Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media with a focus on local trends. Experience with Facebook/Google Ads will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (Vlookup, PivotTable)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
