Responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual and face to face risk workshops with projects and operations to identify, assess and develop plans for key risks and opportunities with different stakeholders whitin the company. Facilitate webinars to b build risk and innovation capabilities and knowledge assets.
- Provide guidance and support to operations around the application of human performance and risk based assurance activities. Assists with investigating events and conducting risk and lessons learned workshops.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the operations assurance group and deliver tasks independ with minimal supervision
