We are immensely proud of our bespoke ASYE programme and are one of the only local authorities in the region to have created dedicated ASYE Coordinator & Assessor posts. Having a dedicated Assessor means consistency for the duration of the ASYE year; starting the programme as soon as you gain employment. You will be offered a permanent contract as soon as you successfully pass your ASYE and able to progress through our newly developed progression pathway.
