Description:

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge on Advantest V93K tester Hardware overview and SmarTest Software
  • Test Program Development, Digital Device testing, and Debug.
  • Basic Programming using C and Java.
  • Tester Platform: Advantest V93K
  • Tools: Advantest 93K Smartest 7 & 8
  • Operating Systems: Windows 8/10, Linux.
  • Data analysis tools like Optimal plus, Exensio, Data power.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools like SVN and GIT.
  • Basics of Perl and Python scripting to develop scripts for the automation of test program development and Sequence file creation.
  • Basic DFT knowledge on ATPG/TDF/MBIST

Responsibilities:

  • Test Program development using Advantest 93K ATE tester with Smartest 7 and 8 software.
  • Test Program development and debug of Structural blocks (ATPG/TDF/MBIST).
  • Verification of vectors on both Wafer Level and Final Package level.
  • Debug across process, voltage and temp corners for production test program bring up.
  • Volume data analysis using statistical data analysis tools.
  • Hands-on experience on smartest tools like Timing analysis, Shmoo, Error map and Pin Margin.
  • Track the modifications and updates in the test programs by using SVN and GIT.
  • Yield improvement and test time reduction activities to improve testing quality.
