Description:
Boutique law firm seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join our established real estate law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. We offer a collaborative environment where you’ll work alongside skilled professionals and tackle complex legal issues. Our firm provides high-quality, cost-effective representation to individuals, businesses, and property owners throughout the region. We handle a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, development, financing, and landlord-tenant disputes. This role requires exceptional writing, organizational, and analytical skills, with a combination of teamwork and independent case management.
Responsibilities
- Handle defense litigation cases daily
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Draft and file motions for court proceedings.
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
- Conduct depositions to gather evidence.
- Manage multiple cases effectively and prioritize tasks.
Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in litigation and some real estate law
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in defense litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in drafting and filing legal motions.
- Experience representing clients in court, including trial experience.
- Ability to conduct depositions effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional case management skills
- Must be a member of the Ohio State Bar
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience)
- Attractive bonus structure including commission.
