My client is a large and progressive Commercial Property Maintenance firm with an immediately recognizable brand and huge national presence. Best known for their excellent project management abilities their divisions include engineering, painting, waterproofing, roofing and full property maintenance services, they also have the best working at height team in the industry and have an excellent culture based on training and development of all staff.
This is an integral role in the business and is part of the company’s continued growth and focus on excellence. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager you’ll be accountable for leading the culture and taking the business through its next phase of growth. Ensuring a continued focus on service delivery, health and safety and completing projects within budget in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop Project Managers and their respective teams.
  • Recruiting, inducting and training team members.
  • Manage budget costs
  • Project planning and allocating of resources to maximise productivity and profitability of the team.
  • Provide inspired leadership through your advanced people skills.
  • You’ll lead a strong focus on H&S process and procedures, ensuring quality compliance of the work undertaken on site.
  • Be active in the field with your site teams ensuring operational excellence.
