JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Audio Event Technician, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, and operation of audio equipment and audio control systems during our numerous events.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To perform these tasks, you should possess the following capabilities:

  • Demonstrable audiovisual technical expertise and experience in a relevant AV role
  • Knowledge of Dante
  • Knowledge of RF wireless audio
  • Knowledge of analog and digital mixing consoles
  • Knowledge of audio processing
  • A diploma in audiovisual techniques is a plus
  • Audio certification such as Avixa is a significant plus

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and operation of video setups during events, which includes:

  • Transport to the event location
  • Unloading and installing on-site
  • Configuration and testing
  • Operation during the event
  • Dismantling, loading, and transport back
  • Unloadin

To perform these tasks, you should possess the following capabilities:

  • Demonstrable audiovisual technical expertise and experience in a relevant AV role
  • Knowledge of Dante
  • Knowledge of RF wireless audio
  • Knowledge of analog and digital mixing consoles
  • Knowledge of audio processing
  • A diploma in audiovisual techniques is a plus
  • Audio certification such as Avixa is a significant plu
