Description:
- Provide technical support and training to customers via phone, email, online (virtual online), or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting audio system issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to audio equipment.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide technical support in Pre & Post Sales Activities (Vertical & Horizontal Sales Environment).
