Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective, hands-on technical maintenance and repairs to commercial grade AV equipment; ensure proper client support and satisfaction.
  • Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for AV/Videoconferencing equipment and systems across of number of sectors including government, health, education and residential environments.
  • Ensure proper reporting, response and resolution of incidents and issues.
  • Work closely with the service coordination team, project managers and control system programmers.
  • Provide end user training to customers.
