By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore various audio-visual (AV) solutions in the market, driving improvements according to security requirements and business needs, and standardising delivery across the company world wide.
  • Deliver knowledge and expertise as part of a product team, collaborating with other technical and security and legal teams in the organisation to set policies and requirements for the AV solutions, which primarily include Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco, Pexip, Crestron and Logitech solutions.
  • Explore designs, functionalities and drive value adding implementations, the team also supports the operational team with complex problem solving.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and development.
  • Enable secure and modern solutions.
  • Be a role model in driving change and modernisation.

  • 3+ years’ relevant experience with a 2+ years higher IT education is preferred. Those from a relevant engineering, technical school are encouraged to apply.
  • An individual with a strong interest in audio visual applications, both hardware and software. You must be able to understand requirements from the different business stakeholders, exploring needs and workflows to design solutions. The role is technical in nature and requires understanding of IT, AV and UC technologies. Interest in running small pilot project for developing solutions to cover needs.
  • Experience of collaboration technologies (MS Teams, Cisco Webex both for endpoints and infrastructure).
  • Knowledge of display technologies (LCD, DLP, OLED, LED-tiles etc) and cables and signaling (HDMI, HDCP, HBbaseT, Dante and AES67 etc.).
  • Experience of control systems and/or automation as Crestron, but also Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Good collaboration skills to work with other teams to jointly produce solutions for the business with high quality. In addition, the role acts as an escalation point for 3rd level structural issues that could impact the services. The applicant should understand problem management, but also the ability and experience to see complex problems spanning various systems involving hardware and software.
