WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• The Audio / Video Co-Op will be working side by side with Information Technology Collaboration Video and Events team to support and evolve the companies Collaboration platforms.
• Help with Day to day operations and remediation of Video and Audio equipment within the AMD environment with special focus on the Markham facilities equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues with our infrastructure and assist our knowledge workers on optimal use of the technology in order to conduct effective collaboration activities.
• Help design and deploy new AV systems into production and replace outdated technology with new platforms.
• Expand your understand on how AV technology interacts with Cloud Services and major platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex.
