Responsibilities:

YOUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor requirements for upcoming events, installations, and hardware preparation activities
  • Break down the requirements into actionable tasks and timelines
  • Delegate the tasks to team members and ensure their full understanding of the project, while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Use critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for improvement and ways to support other departments
  • Assist in reorganizing and improving customer support processes
  • Prepare documentation for customers and projects, including user manuals, delivery notes, and technical specifications
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Ensure protocols for documentation and document archiving are followed‍

YOUR TECHNICAL / HARDWARE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • React to new projects on short notice,
  • Hands-on work and results-oriented delivery of project requirements, including at times physically demanding tasks (eg, occasional heavy lifting)
  • Proactive daily interaction with other departments to find out where and how you can provide support to ongoing activities
  • Assist with setting up hardware, performing checks, and quality assurance
  • Maintain order and organisation in warehouse and storage facilities
  • Help with setting up booths and exhibits at in-house and external events
  • Manage logistics planning and arrangements
  • Help with deliveries and installations at clients’ sites around Europe and the Middle East

Your Profile:

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Planner
  • Experience with task management systems (Jira, Redmine, or similar)
  • Experience with setting up screens and PCs
  • Experience with asset management
  • Experience with warehouse operations and logistics
  • Open to travel within Europe and to the Middle East at short notice
  • English and German
