REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting or audit-related role.
- Solid technical knowldge of auditing standards, regulations, and accounting principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Leadership potential, with experience in supporting audit engagements and mentoring staff.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and leading audits for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Collaborate in developing and executing audit plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of risks and controls.
- Participate in fieldwork, including testing of controls, substantive procedures, and data analysis.
- Assist in reviewing workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
- Identify and assist in resolving client accounting and auditing issues promptly.
- Support special audit and accounting-related projects, including due diligence and advisory services.
- Assist on-the-job training and guidance for audit staff, promoting professional development and growth.
- Monitor and provide feedback on staff performance, ensuring quality and efficiency in audit engagements.
- Perform work-related administrative tasks, including time and budget management, client communication, and project documentation.
