JOB DESCRIPTION:

Immediate need for an installer/technician in the Austin, TX and surrounding areas. Responsible for safely installing CO2 tanks and lines along with troubleshooting and repairing tanks, hoses, generators, and other products. Applicant will need to be able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, crawl spaces, attics, above ceiling grid.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a technician (preferred).
  • Knowledge of tools, valves, and pressure gauges.
  • Hazmat endorsement (preferred not required).
  • A strong ability to problem solve.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clean driving record.
  • Background check.
  • Pass physical and drug test.
  • Road test.
  • One night stay at Reliant’s HQ in Pampa TX to meet with HR, Safety, and DOT departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Install CO2 tanks according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Run lines to equipment requiring CO2.
  • Install CO2 alarms and other items required by code compliance.
  • Follow SOP’s and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Repairs and PM’s on Reliant equipment.
  • Utilize handheld device for tickets, expenses, timeclock, and driving log.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
  • Occasional overnight and travel required.
