ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Author Success Director, the Project Analyst role (12 month FTC) is the conduit between external teams and the Author Success team within Envato. This will have a strong understanding and expertise in the author space and be well-informed of product functionality along with changes emerging from other teams that affect our authors and effectively share that information with the relevant Author Success stakeholders.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support product/external team projects to advocate for authors and communicate product issues/changes to Author Success agents for high-quality support.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Author Success team needs to effectively liaise with external stakeholders.
- Attend stand-ups, stakeholder updates, and project meetings to voice Author Success concerns and grasp downstream impacts.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop process and workflow documentation specific to Author Success team operations and related projects.
- Drive projects and change initiatives to enhance Author Success performance and author experience.
- Obtain and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations based on your findings.
- Work with external teams as required on Author Success initiatives to ensure that work is completed and released as required by the Author Success Team.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and maintain stakeholder relationships for ‘cross team’ projects.
- Stay informed about industry changes affecting authors and initiate/support relevant policy changes.
- Support Author Success team operations and stay updated on product changes.
