Description:

Authorization/Settlement Product Manager
PayTrace- Remote

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Define the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements, and make strategic decisions to deliver a compelling and differentiated product experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the fintech space. Proactively share industry insights with the team and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to manage the end-to-end release process. Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases, coordinating resources, managing dependencies, and resolving any roadblocks.
  • Work closely with the development team, providing clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, fostering effective communication, and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into the product development process. Build strong relationships and effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate product performance, measure success, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor product usage, conduct user testing, and leverage customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement and optimize user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to product and development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of payment solutions and features.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or related experience. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Comfortable and knowledgeable working on backend focused technical products/product requirements with highly technical teams.
  • Strong expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and product strategy development.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end release process, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering successful product launches.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Knowledge of financial technologies, including payments, digital banking, investment platforms, or similar domains.
  • A passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and driving results in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
