Description:
- Full-time position with standard business hours; some flexibility may be required regards to rostered Saturday’s 9am to 12pm.

Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s auto electrical and air conditioning product lines.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and technological advancements. Engage customers about the benefits and features of various products.
- Assist in the management of inventory levels to ensure product availability at store level.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the wider inventory team to order new stock as needed
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Auto Electrical and Air Conditioning Trade Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will preferably have a strong background in automotive parts sales, with specific expertise in auto electrical and air conditioning systems. This role involves engaging with customers, providing expert advice, and driving sales to meet company targets. Primarily an indoor, office/store environment; occasional travel to meet with clients or attend trade shows may be necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Sales:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate auto electrical and air conditioning products.
- Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s auto electrical and air conditioning product lines.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and technological advancements. Engage customers about the benefits and features of various products.

Administrative Duties:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
