AUTOCAD DRAFTER

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be Diploma/College/bachelor’s degree in Architectural and/or Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering-related course.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, BIM-related software (e.g. Revit) and MS Office.
• 2 years relevant work experience as a drafter.
• Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadlines.

• Provide the guidelines and technical details of the designs or structure that is being built.
• Review data to ensure that it conform to design plans.
• Prepare M&E drawing, shop drawing and as-built drawing.
• Revise drawings based on instructions / comments from engineers to meet customer requirements specifications.
• Supervise, coordinate, or collaborate with technicians and other personnel that is involved in the project to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities and calculation.
• Perform other related work duties as assigned.
