Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The role involves managing the delivery of Automation Services and projects by collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and customers to define and set SLAs for both BAU and rollout projects. Responsibilities include overseeing financial management, ensuring process documentation, and providing weekly reports to stakeholders and business partners
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE DONE BEFORE:
Baseline:
- NQF Level 6 (Degree in Computer Science/ Management/ Information Systems, IT, or equivalent) or relevant certification
- Project Management experience
- Proven Negotiations Skills
- Retail Business Acumen
- Minimum 4 years’ project experience in management of Automation systems and infrastructure
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management practices.
- Understanding of IT Integration
- Retail / FMCG
Advantageous:
- Project management qualification
- Familiarity with application and workload dependencies, architecture, and service level requirements
- Experience with applying IT Service Management processes such as ITIL
- Knowledge of technical reference architectures
- Understanding of IT Governance Processes
- Knowledge of automation and forecourt solutions environment.
