Description:
Overview:
Our growing Finance Team is seeking an Automation Analyst in our Raleigh, North Carolina office. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing a variety of solutions using UiPath and other software tools to streamline and automate various business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, finance, business analytics, data analytics, computer science, or a related field and/or 3 years equivalent experience in low code automation development and implementation
- UiPath experience required
- Experience integrating intelligent character recognition, machine learning, and generative AI into automation models preferred
- Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Query, Macro experience preferred
- Great written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for process improvement
- Must demonstrate ability to balance and prioritize multiple day-to-day and ongoing projects simultaneously
- Although not a requirement, having a solid grasp of programming fundamentals and entry level or higher proficiency with VB Script, SQL and/or .Net programming languages is a significant asse
Responsibilities:

- Support full lifecycle development and implementation of automation projects
- Gather requirements on existing processes for automation from process owners and identify automation opportunities
- Adheres to automation best practices across all process automation deliverables
- Demonstrates capability to quickly learn emerging technologies
- Gain process automation expertise through projects and training
- Provides development and testing support
- Supports day-to-day system maintenance and production support for automation deployment
- Provides training and support to junior developers and end-users to ensure adoption of RPA technology
- Performs other duties as assigned
