We are looking for an enthusiastic Automation Engineer with extensive Automation Anywhere experience to join our team. You’ll contribute to delivering successful automation solutions for clients in Education, Public Sector and Healthcare clients, leveraging RPA and AI to address business challenges.
Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
As an ambassador for Niico, you’ll thrive under pressure, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful automations. This hands-on role entails creative problem-solving to provide tailored automation solutions for clients, diagnosing challenges, and delivering ROI-driven results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pre-Sales: you will work with the sales team to support new client engagements by building demos and proof of concepts. You will provide detailed product knowledge and contribute to sales proposals as needed.
- Project Delivery: you will be responsible for the technical planning and delivery of intelligent automation projects. You will develop key relationships with SMEs and IT teams and effectively support process discovery sessions, candidate analysis, automation development, implementation, and maintenance activities.
- Product: you will support the business as it expands its IP and proprietary intelligent automation products.
