Automation Engineer

As an Automation Engineer, your main focus is maintaining and implementing automation in our ICT ecosystem, both on-premises and on the cloud. This involves proactively finding ways to automate tasks across the organization that facilitate your colleagues’ workloads and help us to gain an advantage in the market.

You are responsible for:

• Automating, streamlining, and supporting ICT and DevOps processes within the organization.
• Developing automation solutions in line with our security strategy.
• Looking for opportunities to streamline and automate business and technical processes.
• Understanding business needs and creating functional designs that can be easily implemented and maintained.
• Developing technical documentation.
• Training ICT members on operational automation processes.
• Understanding the functional requirements of other teams.
• Translating functional requirements into automated processes that can be easily maintained and supported by other ICT team members.
• Investigating new automation platforms to determine if they bring added value to our organization.
